Blacklist and rules
This list is set as a boundary for those who I feel disrupt my comfort, who I've had a poor experience with, or simply do not wish to associate with. This is for the benefit of both parties.
I reserve the right to blacklist or bar anyone from my services as I see fit. Placement here is typically permanent. If there is no reason listed next to a username, feel free to privately contact me with concerns.
Do NOT assume I support someone because they are either: A. not on my blacklist, or B. are on my blacklist but have art/characters from me.
Public Blacklist
SharkyFelandian / Touyja / Touyikie / Japvhan + all alt accs
Reason: Well over 10 years of art and character theft (my involvement started in 2017), harassment, ban+block evading, threats, doxxing, knowingly harassing minors under 16, ableism, homophobia, not respecting pronouns, made a species about me and friends where they can only reproduce through SA, telling me to off myself at 16/17, excessive lying, "confiscating" (aka admitting to stealing) hundreds of designs from dozens of people, and more.
Any/All supporters of Sharky, DO NOT INTERACT.
Reason: For my safety and comfort, I do not wish to have any form of private, public, or relayed contact. This goes for current, past, and future Discord members, subs, whatever. It goes without saying that I know you don't want contact with me either, so this should be easy to follow!

Blacklisted Terms
The ONLY reason somemone may be remove from my blacklist is if I am given information that proves their innocence. Most are listed privately to prevent backlash/harassment or my site being removed. I will happily provide reasons privately.If I have you blocked on any platform, this counts as you being soft-blacklisted and I will not associate with you.
Non blacklisted users
- May not request or commission me for a blacklisted person
- May not buy a design from me for a blacklisted person
- May not try to "lift a blacklist" for someone
- May not ask for artwork of their character with a listed person's character
- May not re-sell, gift, trade, or give a design they bought to a listed person or their alternate accounts
- May not use my lineart to base-fill characters for a listed person
Blacklisted users
- May not commission me
- May not use my lineart or bases, whether free or pay2use
- May not obtain my characters, designs, or adoptables
- May not contact me for any other reason than asking why
- May not use alternate accounts to commission or buy art from me
- May not use "confiscation" as a free-use excuse to steal my art or charactersUnder NO CIRCUMSTANCES are blacklisted people permitted to obtain any form of art from or related to me.
